1. I see a charge on my statement I don’t recognize. What gives?

3. I can’t find my course in the members area, what should I do?
Solution #1: From the Members Area, go to the “My Courses” drop-down menu at the top of your screen and click the course that you’d like to access from the list.
Solution #2: From the Members Area home screen, click the icon of the course you’d like to access.
Solution #3: If you still don’t see your course listed in either of the two places mentioned above, you can contact our Support Team.
4. I can’t find my free bonuses.
Your free bonuses will always be located in Module #1 of your course. Just access your course from the “My Courses” menu and then select the Module #1 from the left sidebar navigation menu. Once Module #1 loads, scroll down below the video and you’ll see the attached files. Just click the “Download” link to download the link to your computer.
5. My course videos won’t play or don’t show up…
Step #1: If your videos don’t load, first try a different browser.
Step #2: Make sure you’re clicking the individual modules from the left sidebar in the course. You MUST click one of the modules in order for the video to load.
Step #3: All videos load from a service called Vimeo. You can troubleshoot most playback problems on Vimeo’s Help Page. If your videos are blank, choppy or do not play then this is the best place to look.
6. I’m unsatisfied. How do I get a refund?

10. I forgot my membership login email address! What should I do?
If you forgot the email address used for your account, please contact our Support Team. Make sure to include your full name and billing address.
11. Will I receive anything in the mail?
All of our courses will be available electronically via your Member’s Area. However, if you ordered the Deck of Destiny or our male supplements. You should receive any products ordered within 7-10 business days.
