The app’s website presents like an ’80s workout video and promises to:

  • Get you “fit as f–k”…
  • Amp up your sex life, and…
  • Be fun to use.

So how do you actually use it?

When all is said and done, it’s really quite simple:

Select how many “players” there will be (the options are 1, 2, or 3 for now), go to the website on your smartphone, enter a code back into your computer, and you’re in!

From there, you have to sync your phone up to your “BangFit Band,” which is a piece of plastic you wear during your “workout” that tracks your stats.

If you’re playing alone, for example, you’ll get to watch some porn and will be asked to “follow along” with the man’s movements (so it’s like you’re having sex with the woman on screen).

Or, are you playing with a partner? The app will give you different “exercises” to do during sex that incorporate elements of zumba, cardio, and yoga.

All in all, it sounds like a pretty sweet deal, right?

That brings me to the next question…

So Is it Free?

The short answer: Nope.

The long answer: Yes, if you already own a BangFit Band.

If your goal is to actually get a good workout in using BangFit, you’ll need to buy the band to fully understand the “workout” you’re getting out of it.

Here’s the catch: The band is sold out…for now. Which means you won’t be able to accurately track how successful your “workouts” are using BangFit.
