The Ability to Build a Fan Base/Platform: For the modern writer, there’s no greater asset than a platform of loyal readers who devour everything you write. If you can build this, you’re well on your way to securing sponsors and really getting paid to write.
Most sites “hide the ball” when it comes to the pitch process, so we want to be as open and honest as possible. You should know the following:
1) We Only Accept Well-Thought-Out Pitches For Articles. This includes more than “hey I wanna write for u guys lol.” It has to answer the following question in some way:
“How will this article help Gotham Club’s readers get better with women?”
2) Articles must be original. They can’t be published online anywhere else. You can use them in email newsletters that aren’t archived anywhere online.
3) We only pay our regular contributors. If you want to submit a one-off article, that’s fine, but we only pay regular contributors to the site. We WILL let you link to your own site. If it’s a sales or squeeze page, please allow us time to coordinate with your affiliate manager to get an affiliate link.
4) Why do you consider yourself qualified to write about this topic? (2-3 sentences)
5) Link to Your Site or previous articles you’ve written.
6) End with Your Contact Info, as well as if you’d be interested in becoming a regular contributor.

That’s it. Not so tough, right? It doesn’t need to go on for thousands of words, just long enough to answer the above questions and give us a flavor for your writing.
