Hey guys, I’ve got a really interesting question from Douglas. Douglas asks:
Hey Glenn, what exactly is the difference between sexual value and social value? Or is there any difference?
Are they the same value with different labels?
And if they are truly different, then which must come first in the woman’s mind to make her lust… to make her want to be with me?
Does she prefer a man with higher social value over sexual value, or vice versa? And how do real high-value men demonstrate this?”
Well, Douglas, we’ve got a lot to unpack here. So let’s jump right in:
The #1 Sign of a “High-Value” Guy…
Let’s start with the end, Douglas. High-value men don’t need to demonstrate s**t.
Why?
Because they are high-value. And when you are high-value, you’re not trying to demonstrate anything to the world.
You just are.
You’re a man who has high-value, and everybody who comes into contact with you…
Everyone who meets you…
Who has the opportunity to get to know you…
They immediately recognize you as high-value.

The bottom line: You don’t need to demonstrate anything if you are truly high-value.
So my assumption, Douglas, is that you don’t believe that you’re high value.
If you believed that you were high-value, then you probably wouldn’t be asking me these questions.
But that doesn’t fully answer your question–I know.
Now, is there a difference between sexual value and social value?
Social Value Vs. Sexual Value: Is There Really A Difference (And Does It Matter)?
Without confusing you too much, let’s just say that “yes,” there is a difference between sexual and social value (though the true answer is “yes and no”).
Let me show you what it means to have a high social value and a low sexual value with a real-life example:
Michael Moore.
He’s a documentary guy–he’s fat, he’s ugly, and he has horrible hair.
I’ve never heard one woman say, “I want to f**k Michael Moore.” Not once.
But does he have a high social value?
Does he walk into a bar or a club and have an extremely high social value?
Of course. He’s got immense social value.
However, women typically aren’t going to want to f**k him just because he doesn’t demonstrate any sort of sexual value.
How to Demonstrate the Kind of Sexual Value That Women Fall for Every Time…
Sexual value, on the other hand, is a lot harder to demonstrate than social value–especially if you’re not experienced.
You can’t fake sexual value. It’s something that’s experiential.
The only real way to demonstrate sexual value is to have the experience to back it up. This is my personal opinion, and it has been my experience as well.

My advice to you, Douglas, would be to get some more experience under your belt.
Stop worrying about value.
These types of questions, even though they’re valid, don’t matter for you right now.
Because the truth is, you have to walk before you can run.
And when it comes to increasing your sexual value, you first have to know how to project the image of being high value… and then becoming high value will naturally follow.
